When I look to my future self and see the woman of my dreams, I see someone admirable.
She has eliminated her negative self talk, now she is walking in her confidence...
She is consistent in her excellence…
She is disciplined in her everything...
Who is She?
She is a woman of God…
She is a woman of faith…
She is a woman of valor…
She is a woman of effort…
She is a woman of grace…
She is a woman of integrity…
She is a woman of her word…
She is a woman of confidence…
She is a woman of forgiveness…
What does she do?
She impresses…
She gets it done…
She puts in the work…
She makes up for lost time…
She takes her goals seriously…
She takes her life in her own hands…
She does the things she talks about…
She calls the shots according to His will…
She encourages others to get out and get it…
I know her potential and while she is not yet here, I am on my way to her, by any means necessary…
The Best Way to Combat That Fear of Failure is to Do the Scary Thing...
I recognize that the only way that I can get to her, is to do the work. No matter how scary it is, or how much self-doubt comes to play, the only way to get the work done, is to do the work.
Start…
Simple. It is so simple.
The only reason it’s so difficult is because easy is not for you…There is a gratification that comes after accomplishing what feels impossible. The woman who you are working to become is capable of doing hard things, show her that she is in you by getting to the challenges and facing them head on.
She is the Queen of Any Area She Occupies…
Of course she commands the room, but the people look to her because she is showing and not just telling. She has intimidating goals set forth and will stop at nothing until her dreams are a reality. She is not afraid of doing the work, and prides herself on having concrete examples of her worth.
New territory is always an adventure she’s up for. This season she is focused on conquering three areas to gain her notoriety properly:
She is the Consistency Queen…
She is consistent with her word…
She is her best self, as often as possible. What does that look like to you? Is she the first person in the office each morning? Does she dedicate an hour toward her goals every day? Does she have a schedule for her errands and annual doctors appointments? Routine makes such a difference in the lives of those who get it done. What does your daily routine look like to create space for the woman you want to become? That diligence is going to be the game changer, Beauty. All you have to do is keep going.
Consistency doesn’t mean every day, it means every so often as scheduled. Get on a schedule that you can stick to. Going to the gym 7 days a week may sound insane to start, so do what you can and do it well. Do it repeatedly. To the point where you can count on it. Signing up for two classes a week will get the job done, then when it’s time to go harder, do more.
You can be consistent in inaction too; change the definition of your consistency to show that you may fall down, but you get right back up. Get on a schedule, write it down and keep an eye on it daily to ensure you are maintaining the plan set out for yourself. You miss a day? Keep going. Get right back to it.
She sets a standard and adheres to it…
She is getting it done…
She is the Confidence Queen…
She knows Who she is confident in…
This is the newest era with the knowledge and ability to accomplish anything she wants to do. Why would she allow fear to stand in the way of her freedom? There is no regret like the regret of not doing what your heart has called you toward. She has exactly what she needs to succeed.
She is unafraid of failure; embarrassment is nonexistent, and judgement from those who can’t do it is laughable. She’s working toward her goals continuously and recognizes that you have to learn the lessons to become an expert. She welcomes the experience including the mistakes and that come with it, and adds it to her hours toward her mastery of the subject.
She has million dollar ideas and doesn’t have the time for worrying about what another might say, her dreams are greater than any naysayer’s opinion.
& When self-doubt tries to creep in, she implements the skills she’s learned to call the enemy out on his lies and stand firm in her truth that this is her calling and she’s getting to it. She recognizes projection is real, and she doesn’t allow it to deter her. No obstacle can get in the way of what the Father has called her to do.
She’s got this…
She is the Content Queen…
She is the brand…
How is she stepping it up? As the Main Character in her life story, how is she documenting her experiences? We know she’s getting it done, but how? What will be her story to tell? Will there be audio and visual representation so that when she tells her lineage the story of her success, they can see how her vision came to fruition?
She implores the “done is better than perfect” mantra and she stays ahead by not letting her fears of being judged by imperfections get in her way. She doesn’t worry about what the “competition” is doing, she’s staying focused on the mission and serving her people. Her purpose is her priority. Her business is getting all of the shine. She’s winning because she’s sharing.
She is a forever student and learning new skills, taking courses, and utilizing those applicable traits to maintain her title as “Impressor”. She lays a brick a day, because she recognizes that speed has nothing on direction, and as long as she’s moving forward she’s one step closer to her empire. & She’s ensuring that the people see her progress and is serving as an inspiration.
It’s up for her…
As I applaud the woman standing in front of me in the mirror, I adore the woman that I see her growing to be.

& To Do the Work to Get to Her...
